I want to buy a budget headphone amp, 150$ max, but everything I find and like and performs well (atom, heresy, archel…) is made in the US and taxes and shipping drive up the price a lot.
So, do you know of any amps in this price category that are available in the EU and are a good deal?
I would be pairing it with a Toppind d10, but I would consider a dac/amp combo as well!

An other option are the Topping Dx3 pro it cost a little bit more but a good Dac/amp combo for the price.
Beresford Capella is not bad too when you have the Topping Dac or the Schiit Asgard 3.

I would say the new Magni Heresy is a good option here too.
