so by good, I mean options that are comparable to the Bottlehead Crack w/Speedball.
also, with SS, single ended output tends to be impaired to other SE only models. is it the same with tube amps or can both the balanced and SE outputs be exceptional?
You can get the decware otl headamp with an optional balanced out or their hybrid which comes with it by default
If it’s a good amp tube or not it doesn’t need to be balanced unless you need the extra 
it’s gonna make no difference sound wise if the designers concentrated on a SE out…take the EAR HP4 balanced in but SE out only…an old Amp yes but still a
