Just bought the Beyer t1.2 ninjas (what a name). Hope I like these enough to not wanna buy another headphone.
I got in a haul today. Got my Hart Audio balanced cable for my HD650s and the 4.4 interconnect to hook into my Zen DAC, BLON-BL 05 and 03 IEMs. I have some listening to do! And I have a multi kit from Hart on the way as well. Getting ready to get real in here.
Already a much more balanced sound than the 2C.
Thank you Jason @CapistranoCables for taking on this custom cable for my Hifiman HE6seās, it is as flexible and long like I wanted/needed it to be along with the added benefit of looking good! The braiding is exemplary and really tight! The custom wood splitter really looks nice, my photo does it little justice.
that looks amazing!
@CapistranoCables well done again, that may be your finest looking work yet!
Congrats! Enjoy that 03! Itās an amazingly tuned & fun IEM for so little $$$.
Still one of my personal favorites. Iām curious what you think of them!
Nice! Enjoy, let us know what you think.
How long did it take? Iām still waiting for my Hart cables
Nick, glad to see you received the cable so quickly. Glad you like it, was fun to make. Enjoy!!
initial impressions is that these solve every issue I had with the 2c. they still extend deep, but dont blow the bass out of proportion, they sound balanced. Theyre actually useful for gaming. They sound a lot better on my CTH than the 789. I think the V280 (whenever that shows up ) will probably be a good match.
still early but I like what im hearing so far
@PapaEmeritus Iām trying to decide if I like the 03 or the 05 better. They are both amazing in different ways. How can IEMs that cheap be so damn good?!
@fxxr Itās much smaller then I thought it would be. I wish I would have gone with the 7ft but the 4ft standard is workable. The interconnects are very good and the build looks really solid. The sleeving is very nice and soft. Needs to hang though to get truly straight. But itās not a ratfu%$ snarl. Overall I am SOLD on Hart. I want to get some Periapt cables as well to compare.
I have both Periapt and Hart cablesā¦ Periapt is much thicker and I believe heavier gaugeā¦ Both are excellent thoughā¦
Thatās odd. I got a different cable by the same company for my Elegias (2.5mm balanced, and black & silver) and itās the softest, most supple cable I own. Zero cable noise.
I take it this one was more of a hard plasticky insulation? Iāve had some IEM cables like that.
yeah this exactlyā¦ it has a completely useless chin sinch tooā¦ sound wise its great and the hard plasticky insulation isnāt bad tbh but I have to stay pretty still or the noise is badā¦ havenāt decided yet if ill keep itā¦ this configuration of cable isnāt plentiful in Canada
This made my day
Itās actually really smooth, but the GIF doesnāt play back as well. Check out the source here.

I had a version with the audio (AC/DC) but YouTube blocks it because of copyrights. Of course.
What even are those called? And do they work with all audio on a Pc? Looks dope.
Itās a spectrum visualizer.
This one has a 3.5mm jack socket for audio input. It comes with a cable and a splitter to make your life easier.

Interesting, Iām guessing you would have to have your Pc audio setup to send audio to both your Dac and that visualizer. So two audio playback devices enabled in windows.
Wondering if there are any good ones similar that say frequencies on them too.
