Tubes… Glorious tubes! I got a matched set of Mullard 12AU7
And a set of gain matched Psvane 12AU7 tubes
I’m anxious to try the Psvane tubes, as I suspect they might be really good for pre-amp work. I always wanted to try the Mullard as well, and this was a good buy. Heavy stokage!
Welp, here is the 65% keyboard. And honestly, I already wish that I started off with this keyboard layout. I never knew how much I actually used the arrow keys until I switched to the 60%.
Idk how to review keyboards, but I’ll just say the Ducky sits on top for typing experience, followed by this new Fnatic, and then my old Razer. Both the Ducky and this Fnatic are quiet, but the Ducky is still the king. However, this Fnatic board is more convenient by virtue of the arrow keys.
Having said all that, I’ll be keeping both boards: One is for gaming (Ducky), and the other shall be my daily driver (Fnatic). I mostly play MMOs, so the Kailh Silent Pink switches in the Ducky are a godsend. Meanwhile, the Fnatic isn’t too disrupting for doing online homework, or late night Discord chatting.
Here’s a link for the White version to anyone who’s interested:
How’s the Tin HiFi T3 Plus? I heard Tin HiFi lately has been on a slump lately, meaning most of their new stuff have been inconsistent or straight up misses. Hope the T3 Plus are somewhat going to be their comeback IEMs since I want to give them a chance again, and they look pretty for sure but a departure from their industrial metal look that I like about the the T2s.
I like the Tin HiFi T3 Plus. The sound is basically a brighter version of the Mele, which works for me. The acrylic shell is a big large for my ears, but that is going to be the only complaint for most.
I had the T2 and thought they were too neutral, and also a bit large for my ears, so I view this as an a step up from their best IEM.
Hey a buy is a buy, I am currently looking for some great earbuds as well since there are times that I just don’t want to stick an IEM in my ears all the time. Though I already have the KPH30i and KSC75 for that but a more portable option would be nice as well.
