With apple cider? Or a hazy beer? Either way an interesting combo i want to try
Apple cider. Its my favorite fall time treat.
Made this pizza again.
I did have to put it in a wrack after cutting it since the peppers and onions got a bit wet. Its probably a good idea to stick to the original recepe and use spinach. Still turned out great.
That burger looks great, and the fries look stellar
Scones, when made well, are extremely underrated.
Broiled lobster tails and onion smothered ribeye made this a non-turkey, non-sleepy Thanksgiving. Good health and happy listening to all!
I made mint cheese cake, with chilli dark chocolate poured into a gram cracker pie crust.
what are your favorite cuts of meat? beef? chicken? pork? other?
and how do you like to prepare it on the grill?
Love me some ribeye once in a while. Otherwise it’s usually local farm raised pork, (I buy a whole pig each year, about 150lbs) and fish and chicken. We’ve also been doing lots of legumes the past few months. I need to at least pretend to think of my arteries and how bad I continue to clog them
Edit! Cast iron, I use lots of cast iron and the oven…oh almost forgot, beef brisket…the GF makes some great brisket.
cast iron? I’ve never heard of this cut…tell me more?
From what I heared, you have dish soap out at the same time as cast iron, no one will find your body.
I haven’t done a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in years, so what the hell. Cooked everything on the smoker:
Toad in the Hole (an English comfort/winter food) with roasted potatoes, onion gravy and wilted cabbage in butter
Hmmm it looks so good.I invite me myself is it okay ?
