LOL…OK in the UK we have…
Chips…
Then French Fries…
And finally Crisps…
Homemade cheesecake is great, its even better after a day or so for some reason
Homemade Za. Semolina flour, fresh roasted garlic spread and olive oil crust, fresh mozzarella, parmesan and Romano, prosciutto, mushrooms, black olives, French dressing coated arugula. Wine wine on the side
I worked at various pizza restaurants from high school (2005) through 2014 and have never made pizza for my wife until now.
Valentine’s brunch was the end-cap of a Ribeye w/ grilled onion, egg and a hunk of slow melted well aged cheddar On everything bagels from NYC…
I cheated on the fries…frozen
Aye lazy fries but still
Breakfast here was BEC with mushroom and green hot sauce on an egg everything bagel. It hits different.
cap of ribeye is possibly the greatest cut of meat there is. I’ll look the other way at the toasted bagel, but know that you are letting your old neighbors in Astoria down
I dragged them down from NY weeks ago and froze them, as close to fresh as they are gonna get . On a good note I did “toast” them on the cast iron w/ the steak juices…
That looks lush buddy
Purchased tacos at a new place that has been hyped allot lately, nobody liked them and i basically have A bunch cold leftover tacos now. The flavors were not terrible but well below the level of hype and adoration being thrown at the place sooooo, i deconstructed 2 of them, added my own ingredients and bam…breakfast was made! Chorizo and carnitas w/fried egss.
Always a great way to make breakfast
Example left over special fired rice and eggs…
Meatballs and egg…
Egg on chinese and mash potatoes…
The list is long
Fresh is best but if you freeze and toast them then that is pretty close. Everyone needs a correctly made ny bagel here and there.
Lots of meat. As soon as the snow starts to thaw I get an itch to cook outside on that first day over 50 and today fit the bill. Costco had pork butt on sale so I bought some even though I had some in the freezer. Smoking one now along with a 12 pound beef shoulder that I just pulled at medium rare to slice for sandwiches/chop for tacos, chili, anything that needs flavor. Don’t be afraid of big cuts of meat!
