Odell’s is one of my favorite breweries! I lived in Fort Collins for 7 years and went to CSU. Wish I could get them up here in WA state

well…today I’ve got a 3 hour roasting time for a chunk of pork belly. I gave it a rub of oil and chili spices and thinking of either having it with rice or roasted baby red tato’s and chunks of carrot / cauliflower, etc.

Good God I love Asadero. If anyone in Washington wants an amazing steak and has never been here I highly recommend it.

I love a good steak but even El Gaucho for the $120 a la cart steak isn’t quite my speed and this one was 1/4 of the price.

I have been hearing good things and I’m just right down the road in Renton so will definitely be checking this out!
