What does the <$70ish budget game look like now days

What IEMs are considered the best around $70ish or less? Seems to be a rapidly evolving category

There are a looot of options. Some of the well-received chifi options:

  • Moondrop Aria
  • Tin HiFi T3
  • FiiO FD1

T3 plus

I think the top choice or easy recommendation are:

Neutral= aria

Warm/fun = tin t3 plus

Would love to know other alternatives

TinHiFi T3 Plus is $69 USD. It fits the <$70 like a glove.

For a little more, there is the DUNU Titan S, which is good for the mature bass-shy listener. The industrial looks may be a turnoff to some.

Electronic, Jazz, Pop, Classical

Looking for good low end extension and treble that isn’t too hot

If you can extend it to 100, Olina.
If you can extend it to 80, Titan S.
If you can’t extend and can slightly EQ, CCA CRA.
If you live in the US and don’t mind the fit, Etymotics go for cheap there.

And the HZ Heart Mirror should be another decent budget.

Eletronic and Pop, might not suit it, that’s why I left it out. Unless tape vent :grimacing:

TFZ live 3 maybe (lot of low end I ended up tip swapping to tame it a bit)

Sounds like t3 plus would be a good fit

Cca cra is very V, so there’s might be too much bass & treble for u, but it’s very cheap so might worth a try.

CCA CRA “Brings out the brass instruments up front and in your face like the curse of sergio.”

The Crin x KZ collab is great for the price looking at the HBB x KZ collab…

I’m surprised the Mele hasn’t been presented yet. For 50 bucks, you get a great non fatiguing sound

Totally forgot about Mele

I think because of it’s bassy nature, it didn’t come to mind for recommendation, unless the requirement is lots of bass

The reason I didn’t mentioned Mele is because I’ve never heard T3+. Between the two, I have no idea.

But CRA + EQ cost 15$
