What headphones would you choose for these pads?

So I just bought a big a** pair of lambskin leather pads, but now I can’t find the wire for the headphones I wanted to use them on.

So I figured that I might as well buy a new pair of headphones for my pads :smiley:

If YOU had a pair of these laying around, what headphones would you pair them with, and why?

Look like pos angled beyer pads that don’t belong on a set of beyers. Return em, first chance you get or, if you don’t want to deal with the hassle, use em as a dog toy.

Please ignore DeeDrick. If you find these pads comfortable then that’s all you need.

As for headphones, the beyer DT770 250ohm might do well. The DT1770 might also be good. I personally use a very similar non-perforated pad on my TR-X00 PH.

The pads are angled and oval-shaped, yet the product page claims that they’re Beyer pads? It’s bull 100% and comfort shouldn’t be the end-all

This is why I buy from established, trusted manufacturers i.e. Brainwavz, Dekoni, ZMF, Yaxi

If it fits, it sits. I use a similar non-perforated pad on my own beyer DT770 250ohm and its sound better in my opinion. Less sharp highs and maybe a better sound stage.

I’m fully aware that these pads arent original to any headphones - after all, I did link to Aliexpress :stuck_out_tongue:

One heart for supporting local businesses but I doubt those pads would be good for anything that better Earpad manufacturers haven’t already done better. Perhaps you can use em for baseball practice :baseball:
