What are the parameters of the transistor irlb8721pbf? Which model can be substituted? Is it ok for inline triode 614 ON T60 N02R

Hard to say without more info. That transistor might have been choosen for a specific reason/parameter.

Can you give more info on the application or where it is used?

Edit: It is available on Mouser or a few other. Why don’t you just buy it? Are you looking for a similar part or the one you have is broken?

Has to be a moderatly fast MOSFET that can handle >40 Ampere.
I would just replace it with the same part.
