Emilie Claire Barlow. She can do anything and I never tire of her voice. Juno award winner.
PS can someone please walk me thru how to post the picture and playable song here (and on the listening tonite thread.) I’m not computer savvy and when i used youtubes share and copied the link it brought a whole playlist along. Thanks.
you actually have to search for the song you like on youtube.com, not youtube music. Early on in the listening tonight thread people kind of realized that was the best way to make sure everyone could check it out. Linking from tidal, spotify, etc. just limits it to the people with those services
Of course! Subscriptions Not. Including my Primephonic…Thank you.
Beach House’s 7 is probably my favorite lady vocalist album. I’m also a big fan of this Wendy and Bonnie album called Genesis. Really lovely. The songs “I Realized You” and “By the Sea” especially.
I really liked Orla Gartland. I have been following her on youtube.
Orla Gartland - More Like You
This is a great song but I think music video tells the full story that every time I listen to it I feel like I know it better because of the story in the music video. She plays the music teacher.
Orla Gartland - Inevitable
Her cover of the fleetwood mac song. I think the best is how much fun she is having while playing the song. You can hear her smile in the cover.
everywhere - fleetwood mac (cover)
K.Flay is another of my favorite artists.
K Flay - DNA
I think it helps that I like the message of this song.
This is a song I never skip. It is so chill and her song with the bass guitar it great.
Men I Trust - Show Me How
This one is little bit more upbeat
Men I Trust - Tailwhip
And for new country
Kacey Musgraves - High Time
Just a great fun song. She has a lot of other songs that show off her singing more. But this one is so much fun I have to include it first.
Maren Morris - 80s Mercedes
This is another just fun song and great energy in her music video.
Chela - Romanticise
If you haven’t seen it already I really like 90.9 The Bridge live recordings of their songs
