Why can't I post new topic in Headphones

I’ve activated the account but found the New Topic button for the Headphones category greyed out. Is there something I’m missing?

You need to choose a subcategory, specifically the #headphones:open-discussion-help-headphones section (Headphone discussion / help) if you want to make a thread. You can’t directly post in the parent category with how the site is currently set up
