I am unable to detele temp files in Windows 10. Actually, all files are not deleted permanently. After searching around I found this post. Any idea if this method might be helpful in anyway?
This part Solution 7: Uninstall Third-Party Software Like Spotify Or Skype is garbage.
(depends of what “p0rn"duoble dice free midget game” there might be)
and this Solution 5: Remove Any Problematic Software

Should be easy just to delete temp file with the few other mentions.
Give it a try.
If you can’t delete the temp files, sometimes it is because Windows is currently using it.

Unless some program is messing up bad, leave temp-anything to sort itself out.
