🔷 1More Triple Driver

Oh I talked to him about it over PMs.

I might have mentioned some on the threads before, there are not many multi driver headphones, and personally there are even less that I would suggest many people consider tbh

Doesn’t Final Audio have one?

Yes the sonorous VI (older ones are called pandora hope), I do like mine, but it’s not something that I would rec to many

Yeah they do seem to be a niche thing.
I think there was one other one you said is not made anymore but had really fun bass, somewhere in the mid hundreds for price now?

Ah the jvc SZ2000 and 1000 if I recall correctly

Are the Mitchell & Johnson ones dual drivers?

And some of the ess headphones as well (personally not a fan of either but it is what it is). Alot of the vintage headphones were dual driver

Yeah I think those were the ones. I am always curious about unique and niche things that not everyone is into though, as you know.

Crosszone CZ-1 is another multi-driver headphone.

I really like he idea of a multi driver headphone. They can do things a single driver cannot. I would really like to see a high end one be successful. Any chance a company like Klipsch, Denon or Focal will do one?

I mean there is the Sonorous VI or Pandora Hope that M0N mentioned. I am not sure that it was very successful but it is high end.

Good comparison actually, because I too sometimes on certain songs find the t2s can be juuuuust harsh for me.

Anyone figure out a way to make these truly over ear yet? I haven’t seen it, was thinking about picking up a set, modeling and 3d printed some sort of adapter to use bigger pads

Actually somebody showed earlier in this thread

@j.fopps

Since the holes are in the orginal pad for the ceramic tweeter i’m not sure if its a good idea. but i was thinking maybe its possible to fit a pad around the original pad? Maybe a deeper pad? might require some customization

The best thing would be for 1More to just make actual over ear pads lol. I would pay $100 more if they had the same sound and over ear pads that were comfortable, these really do sound very good.

you shared the post about switching them right? honestly seemed real easy, could do it urself

Yeah but with those little holes in the pads where the sound from those tweeters is directed, it would mess up the unique staging and sound these have a slight bit.
