Interesting, maybe try some comfortable eartips like Final Audio Type E
JVC Spiral Dot++, JVC Radius Deep Mount Earpieces ( Didnāt try them yet, but I have read lots of good reviews)

Received them today, took some pictures before trying them.
The box is nice for storage (not to carry)
My first impression is: āyep, it is planarā
Now I need to listen more to figure out what is the best use case for them. They really have a different sound signature than BA and Dynamic, while is is obvious to say, it is what set them aside from all the other IEM I have.
I like when something sounds different!

One early comment, these babies like power. I plugged them on my Desktop amp which is on +12db to feed Planar headphones. I was afraid it would be maximum hiss and too loud at minimum volume, butā¦ no.
They really scale like planar headphones. I get way better slam/bass now that they are on the desktop amp.

Iāve never heard of any planar that didnāt get more capable with more power
Also, whilst they play OK at low levels, like the P1 they improve with a bit of volume too.

I have this gut feeling that I may stop at the Timeless. I have huge expectations for it now and I donāt believe I will be disappointed in the slightest.

Had a short comparison with the OH10 with Symbio tips.
10ās are V shaped so they are a bit more airy up top and extend a bit more at the bottom but the 7hz have much better mids and the bass is much more textured and detailed.
Iāll be keeping my 10s for mobile use where the V shape helps but the Timeless are a better iem all round IMHO.
Not sure if thatās any help to you at all. Iām not great at putting this stuff into words.

Shuffling as we speak but my god this is the best bass/subass Iāve heard yet, details seem crystal clear, electronic music is nuts. Paired with Hidizs s9 pro single ended. High end isnāt harsh at all, can go loud, man this bass is seismic

Oh trust me you should be and damn that wait was terrible. Still waiting on my Kinera cable so I can go balanced to see if that makes a difference in power, plus I think it will go well aestheticallyā¦

Planar are like black holes when it comes to power. Balanced in general sounds more pristine to me, more control, better extension both ways.
Iām putting 1.25W into mine when I get them, should be interesting.

Thatās what Iām reading Iāll have the BTR 5 to test and this Hidizs, bass and detail is the standout here, currently shuffling Yosi
