Thanks for the comprehensive summary! May I ask what you are using to drive them with?

Strange what you are saying, all the reviews talking about ā€œStrong and richly textured Bassā€ or ā€œbasshead levelā€ so far

You want Equalizer APO/Peace

I would consider it a satisfactory level of neutral or so. Certainly not big, thick bass, like FD5, FD3, AST, ZAS, VK4, Starsea, Orb, etc. I love the big bass, but itā€™s not quite here. This one is all about balance, balance, balance.

I forget which tip people have been saying pair best with these Sadly, my Symbio tips seem to have walked off on me somehowā€¦ The good news is they are now on Amazon - Prime shipped!!!

Iā€™m considering ordering more spiral dots (so far my favorite silicone tip) and some of the Azla SednaEarfit XELASTEC (beautiful name by the way ) given that people seem to like them in general.
Biggest issue I have with the spin fits are how much they try to cover EVERYTHING. CP100, CP145, CP155, CP360, CP1025, CP100+, CP500, CP800, CP220, CP240, CP800, CP350ā€¦ They really want you to already know exactly what youā€™re looking for, or pull some genuine trial and error bs when buying, donā€™t they?

If you donā€™t want the sticky feeling of the Xelastec tips try the crystal ones, just make sure they are not the TWS version

Edit also the symbio tips have been on amazon for a long timeā€¦ unfortunately. Probably my least favorite set of tips. They just donā€™t work well for me at all, I would rather use foams and honestly I donā€™t like foams that much at all and just hoped they would give some of the effects of foams with out the foam feelingā€¦

Good to know that they have normal version , and not sticky like the Xelastec.

I really thought the Crystal it is for the TWS Earbuds.

Thank you

On Amazon they are pretty well labeled, someone here ordered off of Ali and got the TWS kind instead of the full sized. It is really easy to tell since the full sized ones are the same size as the exlastec tips just a different material. Honestly I donā€™t mind the xelastec material, but from now on I am just buying the crystals thoughā€¦ one of my favorite widebore tips.

Edit:
Assuming that is an accurate chart (ad) those are the full sized ones. The tws ones are 4.4 high. They also make Xelastec tips in the 4.4 height TWS style too, but they are rare as far as amazon goes.

He didnā€™t just order each tips a pair, he bought multiple pairs :joy: :raised_hands:

I only use one type of Spinfit and that is because I havenā€™t found a non Spinfit version of their 155 tip. I donā€™t like their general all purpose 100 tips.

I only use CP100, 145 has caused infection to me before :man_shrugging:

And yeah, 155 is pretty good with some Moondrop IEMs.

How is that an issue? They are trying to make tips to fit every IEM and everyone.

Not all. There are some tips I have no need for because they are made for earphones I donā€™t own.

For the record, again, the collection of my sparesā€¦

Excessive complexity. Like I said, unless you already know what it is you want, or want to play lottery with what youā€™re buying, it may be best to invest elsewhere.
