We should also remember, too much of a good thing ends up being bad in the end.
Not every IEM will have the slam of the Zen. Not every IEM will have the detail, stage and imaging of the MEST MKII. All BA IEMs donāt even have a vent! They are hardly moving any air and in return, hardly slam.
Different strokes for different folks. Variety is the spice of life.

Give the beast some current put it in high gain 
Is it the same technology as a headphone planar put smaller? (A moving membrane between magnets)
Edit: I found my answer and it seems pretty much the same. It might need some burn in as planar tends to need to loosen up and open up

Thats my point. You dont need kilobuck for something to be more resolving than a more expensive set. Altho, money usually brings resolution up (pun intended).

Whilst the stage isnāt brilliant I donāt find it too bad but the imaging is quite diffuseā¦more of a wash than fine grainedā¦I can forgive it though cos the rest is so damned good itās got me wondering if this is the defining planar iemā¦itāll be very interesting to see if any other manufacturers take up the planar challenge 7Hz have thrown down.

The Audeze Euclid supposedly has superlative imaging and technicalities. Kilobuck set tho.

This probably a great practical planar that will be followed by a 400 dollar one that improves some of the weaker areas. I assume by Timeless.

Timeless is the model, 7hz is the brand if you didnt know. They are more known for their single DDs like the i99/88.
Guys, heās doing comparitions to Tea and Mest. I donāt think it will be bad. Just not good on all fields.
Hbb told on a private discord that its a detail master. He said āif you a guitarrist, monitor yourself with timelessā.
Thereās no unicorn tho (specially for 200 bucks)
I wonder if the Timeless was a pleasant accident or by design?
Only time will tell. If they release a successor and doesnt get it right. Maybe it is a fluke.

Iāve been seeking a neutral tuned S8F for under $500 never really expecting it to be a reality.

Imaging is the ability to position each individual sound within the sound stage. With good imaging when you close your eyes and listens you can tell precisely where it is coming from

I did know it was 7 hertz I thought my play on words was good but apparently not. That Iem would be timeless in what it accomplished. This one might be. Thanks Rikuduo_Goku !
