For now this is my personal current front runner. Really enjoyed the 1st episode, still not fan of the whole ancient “loli” trope ( but we’ll where this goes). though im expecting and rooting for Frieren to be top dog this season and Hell’s Paradise to be 2nd/3rd place
other than that nothing has really really jumped, some stuff i enjoyed but nothing really hooked me so far
I respect it. I got alot of reviewer friends so I am trying to keep up with them and give my opinions. Really like the slice of life anime this season so far. Sentenced is fine, but the dialogue was a bit rough and, sans animation, the story was light for me. The mysteries are really intriguing and I want more so it has a chance to move around. I agree regarding Hells and Frieren.
when it comes to lighthearted stuff im more of romance kinda person (general fluff less so), from what ive manged to watch nothing really grabbed me so far. The first episode of “29 year adventurer” was nice the whole orphan backstory felt so far pretty ok, but still not a fan of the loli part of it , the idea of “during the day time she’s 6-7 but at night she turns into a big boobed full grown woman” feel stupid and too fan servicey.
I really liked the episode, but the ending is what made it not higher in my rankings.
