idk if I should be happy I was indeed able to appreciate the improved technicalities of a higher tier headphone or lament that more affordable headphones probably just wonā€™t cut it anymore

I suppose thats the rabbit hole which is this hobby in a nutshell

How you know I got a He1000V2? Also, The best mids of my life. Looking at buying either a LCD-24 or Final D8000 Pro now. Then also buy a STAX L007Mk2 with a iFi Pro iESL.

Oh lol, Also This is how I described my He1000V2 experience to M0N

The HeKV2 actually sounds like I am listening to a concert were the HeXV2 it sounds like a recording. I already said this but the HeKV2 is the only headphone so far to make me cry. voices sound distant on the HeXV2 as where on the HeKV2 it sounds like they are singing right at you.

When I make more money LOL. But never honestly, I would have to upgrade my DAC and Amp again to get the most out of them and I am very happy with my iFi Pro iDSD and iCAN. That is the reason I am looking into getting two more headphones, that being the STAX L007MK2 and the LCD-24/Final D8000 Pro. I didnā€™t think I would end up keeping the Th900Mk2 but I like it too much and selling my HeXV2 for any less than $650 just isnā€™t worth it IMO.

The leather had more bass impact and slam, generally was a bit darker, and was less open sounding than the older vegan pads

I listened to a non Fazor pair through a WA22 at a shop near me and blew my mind. Itā€™s not a rev 2 tho I donā€™t think
