It will certainly take you some time to get used to, but itās worth it. Extremely comfortable and a superb chill phone.
One of us, one of usā¦ one of us!
I just had to know what is meant by all of this āuniqueā and āwill take some time to get used toā talk. Hopefully Iāll know tomorrow. Relying on USPS sooooo, we will see.
Your hype made me put my pair back on. Iāve been on a bit of ZMF binge lately, lol.
Iāll probably be hyping more come tomorrow fair warning haha
I have a few thoughts to share as well, but Iām lazy yikes
Initiation to followā¦ The Hawks are a privileged few LOL!!!
What cable are yāall hawk owners using? This stock one has some unusual wear on the connectors.
Like a patina? You can use some silver polish to get that off
Nah it actually has wear in the silver, like grooves worn into the 3.5mm I guess from rotating in the 1/4" adapter a lot. Iāll get a picture later. Iāve never seen that happen before.
I wouldnāt worry about it, sound has not been affected at all by that. But i do know that many people donāt like the stock hawk cable, personally i love it lol
Thatās happened to some of my connectors but hasnāt been too much of an issue for sound at least, but that is a noticeable amount of wear
Thatās what happened to mine. I had to get a replacement cable.
The coating has worn off and the copper core shines through.
Not realy something to worry about.
What is on the other hand worysome is how quickly that happened.
I use Hart Audio cables, and they work great and offer a lot of flexibility for source gear.
Decided to throw the protein leather pads on it again today since Iāve been rocking the suedes for a little while. Sheesh these things change a lot when you swap the pads. Honestly canāt say which I like better. If anything itās fun to change them every few weeks just for the heck of it.
You use the long or short option for the 2.5mm mono connectors?
Mine are just the short. The connector is narrow enough and the ports shallow enough that itās not necessary to get the long version
