Bad Guy Good Audio 4/4 (The Final Chapter)

And so it begins  (the musical journey of course)

PS you are even tougher than I thought if you can bounce back from a dislocated jaw like that. Or I am just a wet rag also possible

I am starting my journey to get back on track after almost a year of chaos, not that now it is going to be any easier but gotta find time. Coming of being black belt in karate and semi pro basketball player in my young age I kept doing sports but had some major injuries that made me pull back from doing anything on high level. Kept trying to do 2 times a week 2 hours basketball and at least 3 times gym time. But I stopped everything almost a year ago because had shit ton of stuff, defending my PhD, than helping my wife with hers which was about month later and on top of that shitload of classes and nobody cares. Wanted to get back in june but I fucked up not conditioning my self and prepare a bit in the gym, got nasty ankle injury with two months recovery period and after that I had my wedding and we were blessed with my wife getting pregnant. Wanted to start doing stuff again late september but her early pregnancy was horror and it was all up to me at home and work and everything so I put everything on hold. I broke my weight record, never over 119kgs and now I am 123kgs which is not great because of me having varicose veins in mid stage on one of the legs beacuse of injury when I was playing basketball and early stage on the other because I was compensating with the healthy leg at the time I had the gruesome injury on basketball. So now I started on strict dietary plan with 2100 cals per day and soon gonna start gym since my wife is quite better now, yea junior will be here in two months but I can manage to squeez at least 3 times a week gym I hope and start walking more. Perfect timing was that because I am included in a project for nutrition genetics at my uni as a participant I had my genome sequenced for dietary markers and how my body responds or uses nutrients and they gave me directions for what I should be doing in my diet to have better results, which is the point of the project. Gotta slim down at least 20kgs, wish me luck

Glad to hear that project seems to bear fruit for you. And of course best of luck!

Good luck, don’t rush into losing the weight like i did

Loose it slowly and keep the strength from your max weight.

Definitely won’t rush losing weight, max 1kg a week which translates to around max 4kgs a month. But more importantly gotta bring back my old mindset when it comes to food. That sometimes it’s pretty hard since I am gourmet and love cooking and find comfort in good food when I am in a shitshow.

I can relate. I tend to eat when I’m frustrated and it’s easy to get frustrated nowadays

Eons?
That was 15 days ago.
It’s a company graph.
752 was the worst ROI of any Summit fi set I have ever bought.

Passing on this BGVP was a no brainer
apparently

Appreciate the info though

Canpur 752?

I remember you always hyping canpur stuff. Like they never miss, where did this one mess up?

Or is it just boring sound?

Edit: I just saw the graph, it’s a bit more V of your target?

With the RAMpocalypse in full effect, Micron alone might provide a good chunk of that ( :crossed_fingers:)

Haven’t been able to see an image of that iem. What does it look like?

Quite pleased with today’s ride. After a 60 minute workout at 120 watts yesterday, I decided to try riding a course I’d not ridden before. A 14.7 mile undulating course, nothing higher than a 6% gradient.

I managed to push an average of 124 watts (which is good because I coasted down most of the downhill sections), a cadence of 67, with an average HR of 150. Also a 16.3 mph average.

Bit of a rest day tomorrow. Woop! Woop!

Kai’s expression there is fantastic. Looks like someone who is up to or was just up to some shenannigans and is pretty proud of it.
