That’s one of the nastiest Impedance climb if I’ve ever seen on a BA. Never try MD stuff on Tubes that have high Output Impedance :skull_and_crossbones:

Yep, weights.

During the weekend i go Trekking sometimes with friends.

I play badminton.

I’m practically a stick, so I’m one of those guys that finds it hard to gain weight :sweat_smile:

Funny i can’t hate guys for gaining weight, they can put on fat pretty fast but muscle wise i think we’re all pretty much same. :melting_face:

Not really, genetics and body type have huge influence. I gain weight fast but also gain muscle fast as fuck. My friend that was my gym buddy back in the day had always more strength especially when we were doing the powerlifting but could never ever get my muscle volume and was pissed off because he looked like he doesn’t even lift and I was huge haha. Even now when I was quite overweight, if you look only the scale and kilograms which is quite wrong, no one could guess my actual weight because from back in the day I have still on me all the muscle mass, which on last measurements last summer was approximately 75-80 kgs from my weight and fat wasn’t big part of the weight. But I have to maintain certain max weight because from all the injuries back in the day and weight lifting I have varicose veins in advanced stadium for my age on one of the legs and very early changes on the other leg.

are you doing anything for the legs?
My mom has em too, not that it has reduced but she was advised to keep her legs up on a pillow or two when sleeping so as to promote bloodflow around the region.

Have compression socks, taking diosmin therapy with some month pauses in between and doing gym weightlifting for the legs for getting bigger natural muscle compression. The gym in recent time is no-go with all that is happening but will get back soon to it. Everything else in the gym is more functional lifting only legs is heavy duty as I was weightlifting years ago. And the weight reduction to given point.
