They have the right to post that as we have the right to not accept a brand which promotes this way.
I am sure many people appreciate it, cool for them, no judgement.
I donāt really want to read explanations from a brand, I want to see them behaving differently if they are to get my interest in the future.
It is a hobby, so I want to like the brand, the product, the experience.
For sure I wonāt run a background check if it would be for a new washing machine.
Iām not sure these two sayings still ring true today but Moondropgate might well test them

So how do we know they learned a lesson though. Because of outrage, they deleted the pic and became silence, I donāt think, a lesson learned by their side. There should be some examples that indicate they learn something out of this situation though.

guys, Iām super sad.
I cannot get my Dethonray Honey H1 to work (DAC/AMP). I have been at it for 4 hours straight.
I have concluded that I must have received a bricked/broken unitā¦ Now I have to convince HiFiGo (who takes a whopping 30% off refunds as ārestocking feeā) that I received it broken so they can compensate me fully. I mean they have to take some responsibility right??? Freaking out.
edit: It just wonāt connect to any device whatsoever, doesnāt show up as an output device. It can be turned on and everything, but it doesnāt take any signal from devices cuz it canāt get recognized.

Tried multiple, 3 different. All capable of high-speed data transmission, not just charging.
Also tried every USB port on my computer, it has 8-9, 2.0 and 3.1.
Nothing works 
Computer canāt recognize it. Same story with my laptop and my phoneā¦
Iām bummed beyond belief about this.
Just asking because in some cases, you need to use the cable in a certain way (like fiio q3). It had an arrow saying data in or out

2 things I can propose.
- Silly question but are you using a correct port on honey?
- Depending on your source device did you follow the manual and install all drivers/ set it up correctly for example in foobar.

Yup, and yup.
I use the power/charge port for setting up and installing firmware and all that jazz. Used the data transmission port to connect the DAC to the computer.
As for the Foobar stuff - I downloaded all the necessary components and installed in Foobar. Asio4all and some other component.
It may be worth noting that ASIO never showed up under Output in Foobarā¦ I donāt really get why Foobar is necessary in the whole process?
Donāt understand the Bravo HD stuff either.

I have never heard of a restocking fee for a defective unit. Seriously doubt they would try that but if they do nobody should buy from them, ever.

Iāve ordered the mele and Kato. Have a used but near new condition blessing 2 Dusk on the way. Also considering the 7hz timeless you reviewed. I donāt see it on your spreadsheet sheet yet but how around what letter grade do you think you would give it?

I think you should try to check with Dethonray customer service on Taobao. They have really a great customer service, and they do speak English.

First create an account, then download Taobao app on your phone to be able to chat with them, or you can chat with them via your PC by downloading AliWangWang after you create Taobao account , but Taobao app is much easier.
