polite gain but can get intense at times.
UM can do BC drivers while EE cannot. IMO.
If you elevate the gain and bass too much perception of that driver is diminished.
MEST MKII did it right…IMO

Not gonna lie, on paper it looks like a Planar/Piezo Dark Magician with a bass shelf and maybe slightly better treble extension? Real curious about the “open back” shell, too.

What does the PZT driver sound like ?
If that sounds at all like that graph, it could be interesting. The other two models from Raptgo went under the radar ( GR-2CP, GR-40CP, both all BA sets ).

Wow set looks beautiful. How’s the shell size? I loved the sound of my Mest MKII but, they were just to uncomfortable had to let them go. Lava, Up and Canon are great in size for me. If the shell is comparable might have to get a set since the JQ was refunded.
