Nowadays I only use AliEx as a nuclear option. Stuff that I dont need fast or I can only grab there.

Call me spoiled but Iā€™ve dropped too many tears watching trackers. I got more patient tho

Iā€™ve learned my lesson, although Iā€™ve never been burned like this on AliX. Like XINHS and DUDO orders came in 2-3 weeks max. But this seller is shit, absolute garbage.

but how long do you wait until opening a dispute? i have very little faith in this AliX seller actually giving me a refund even if the item doesnā€™t arrive in 60 days lolā€¦way past my bday (was a gift to myself :nerd_face:

The AliX seller has no say in it. You open a dispute, the AliX seller will contest that claim, you donā€™t accept his response and the AliX platform decides in your favour if you have tracking number showing it didnā€™t arrive.

Just donā€™t deal with the seller in chat. He will probably offer to pay you via paypal, if you cancel dispute and stuff like that. Just do it through the official AliX platform.

A free EJ07m is insane :smiley: For me it was <10$ worth of electronics

god i hope it doesnā€™t come to that - i have 76 days remaining until i can dispute lol. hope my Canon arrives - iā€™m checking every day haha. if only my page reloads helped propel the parcel forwardā€¦

Haha, I know that feeling to well. With Ali it is best to forget that you ordered in the first place. This way you usually get a nice surprise few weeks down the line. Easier said than done however, if you shell out a couple hundred dollars :frowning:
