Aw man. Kick drum was one of the few weaknesses for Aladdin and Canon for me.

A bass-lover’s adjustment to a set with great extension, versatility, technicalities, and mids/highs tuning. I get the feeling that if I ever hear one, I’ll be hooked.

I don’t know how I feel about that. I have an OG Tea right now, second time owning one, keep revisiting it. I don’t really like it. In lots of areas. Seems to be one IEM I just hear differently, I’ll agree with a full list of recs from someone as being ones that match my style, but I just can’t get into the Tea. I’ve been tip rolling, still just don’t like it. I know parts of its FR match sets I do like. I don’t know what’s up. Same feel both times, not just a dud set.

I get it. The Love for Aria baffles me as does and ODIN. Partly library, partly listening level and partly that “X” factor that is what makes us all unique.

To my ears - because in my country we’re still taught a lot of Latin in school - I thought you were going for the traditional Latin pronunciation of 'machina ’ (as in, Deus ex machina [machine]) because that’s how it’s pronounced (except its MAhina, not maHIna, of course)). Even if it’s not that, this sure came in as a hi-fi Deus ex machina :smiley:
