Explain how the sound is coming into the ear from the two speakers in this enclosure? I just don’t see any sound channels in the enclosure from the speakers. I apologize for my English. .

I am the guy that got the Loki, wanted to say thanks again and I am super grateful that happend.
About the guy (or guys) complaining about the very smalle tax , he is an asshole and shouldn’t have complained , just stfu:))))) . On the other hand (and this has nothing to do with asshole people), since you are actually gifting the item, it would not be wrong or illegal to declare it as gift (not sure if technically possible) or a small value, you are not a shop.
If I buy an item for 1000$ and decide to sell it for 10$ next day (for whatever reason) , it’s ok to do that, I am not making a profit , actually loosing money, tax that ! :))) . Obviously you cannot do this with real estate or others thing worth tens of thousands or more , there are regulations.
When I got the Loki, I kindly asked for a tracking, which your wife does anyway… and that is because things may get lost in the mail, especially in some countries. It happened to me before when I bought something from UK , they had to ship the item 3 times before I actually got it. Of course it’s a totally different because they were a business, I paid for the stuff and it was their mistake to send it untracked.
When you win something, you should not complain for getting it late , or having to pay a small tax, but it would be such a shame if it gets lost or stolen, everybody looses.

My 1.5 y daughter had fever (around 38) just before Christmas, we had to spend about 5h in the hospital just to find out the cause. Luckily it was nothing serious, but we had to give her antibiotics 10 days …which seems a lot to me.

It’s a 3d printed shell with tubes being part of the structure, just need to put the components in. Only the DDs don’t have a direct tube but utilizes the entire shell chamber to produce bass. Hope that helps

Wtf, I won a PRS Hollowbody prev year at around august and even if the guitar has a price of 500 GBP in UK, and I live in Hungary, I paid the import taxes without fussing. It cost me around 172 GBP. But in my country the guitar is selling around 1000 GBP. So, yeah. These people makes no sense. And normal people that can’t afford expenses like patreon subscriptions will suffer from these guys. But if he is a low-income person and can’t afford the import taxes for a set like that, I think he should have notified you beforehand.
Edit: reading more of the comments I see he could easily pay that. Then don’t f*ck around and pay it. Nonsense.

In regards to the whole invoice value thing, lots of issues in India customs, it’s the most fuck all customs, they need to make sure the stuff you are getting is in the market on some website. If the receiver got the receipt of the product he/she purchased, its about 60% customs and igst etc, if no receipt they quote 93-97% on the invoice value mentioned. Learnt that lesson with the variations i ordered, 60% on 500$ or 95% on 100$. I’m just glad Shenzhen audio went with lower invoice here. Just saying countries like India don’t do justice with importing stuff.
And if a product is suspected to be beyond stated invoice value, they’ll even stoop down to stop the product in the warehouse.
I understand your move towards having only the patron supporters for 1000$+ stuff, imo i still think, communicating with your winner if they are able to handle the duties n charges before hand might be a good move even tho it’s an extra step.

EU countries…and probably UK as well, have import taxes for about 30% (import tax + vat) of the total amount products +shipping :))).
Now most Chinese sellers (not naming names:))) ), to please their customers and make the import process smoother, declare a much lower value, for 1000+ items. So they do their thing at their end…but you have to do your thing at your end to march that value and prove it :))))
Again, this is a totally different thing, when buying form a large online shop (making profit )vs a gift/ giveaway from someone wanting to help the community. I had to pay a very very small fee for the IEMs I won, and I would have paid 20x that price to the carriers for not loosing it :)))))

I thought Russian Post was the shittiest…Usually from China from 3 weeks to 45 days delivery. Considering I live in the Caucasus.

Yep, like i said, i had to show proof of purchase, receipt. I’ve been doing that for the past shipments from China so far. So been avoiding the extra taxes. Need to find a good source that’s cheap and need to find some back doors here to keep the rates low, that’s how things work here for me

Ali express and taobao banned in India, i use VPN and contact sellers directly to post here. Gotta pay express shipping, and it arrives within a week.
If i have multiple stuff from different stores, i get a friend to help collect in one place and then ship to me.

I have already designed my 13.2mm enclosure for planar driver and 14.2 for dynamic driver. And there I use separate channels for the drivers. Now I’m waiting for a shipment of drivers from China… 30 days on the way…
