What do you feel was lost compared to your MSE?
Frankly everything sounds veiled next to the Canpur. The RN6, Mentor, Annih…even the GM to some extent. The GM could just be more musical for some genres imo, where the Canpur is almost too “perfect” (i know it sounds insane)

FYI; just because you are using the same driver does not mean you will be automatically get better sound. Depends on your own implementation of it.

the MSE is superior in every way except for the sub-bass and maybe the mid-bass…but it’s somewhat difficult to tell because the sub-b is prodigious and muddles up the mid-b
At its price point the Scarlet is a really good basshead set…fun and energetic and depending on a person’s musical taste…a good daily carry
It does slam hard and it definitely is a specialist
Throw on a nice cable to match and it’s a beautiful set (not diggin the upgrade cable)…highly recommended for a basshead on a budget

Mentor’s 2pin is a bit loose (out of the box was). Im gonna ask them if they can do this for Europe too and if they can make it sound like the Canpur with the same soundstage and imaging of the MM. Thanks in advance UM.
