finding the proper word to describe Variations treble vs Pilgrim to me was super hard since im a scrub. Variations has this heady warmth like J’adore while PIlgrim was this light but encapsulating feeling that reminded me of Rose n Roses

I have three granddaughters, and being a grandfather has been the best gig in my life.
That struck me as odd too. I have a few of those adapters, and I typically only notice the bass being boosted.
The Davinci impedance curve is pretty uneven from what the graph is showing.
If its only the bass that is changing, then its only the bass area that is uneven.
DaVinci stomps on DUSK face in analog, in DSP it is a corrected set.
It has roughly the same bass as cp622B and Mega5EST
These ARE NOT Basshead sets.

Isolate Davinci via filters in software, it is same area that Dusk has issue. It’s not bass masking or veiling trebs.
Time for a pro that talks about music which is what these are built for.

Yes. As an iOS phone user the outta box DSP w/Android only made it limited use and without DSP it’s rough sounding. I owe it a review in non DSP which I might stick in Davinci since ootb it is a better set.
