Boy are people pissed about Fatfreq’s customer service!! But so far it seems like the Deuce itself has received a lot of praise from those who have experienced it. While FatFreq needs to step up their communication and support, it’s clear that they’re doing a great job with the product itself.

As a counter to my negative Nancy posts, I’m still very excited to get Deuce. I think a Lizer Lab Jiju Jet tip would be a nice tip to experiment with if you can fit it.
Totally get that! Music is all about feelings.
That’s why, once you fall in love with a brand or product, there’s loyalty there and you maybe even ignore the bummers like these.
On a side note: absolutely love how passionate the community is haha
yaah I didn’t get any either and I bought it pretty freakin fast, I asked them about it but no dice still
It took a week for my set to go from that to actually in the system and moving (still not here, tracking died in NJ a few days ago)

I am on the same boat with you on that Andy. So many opinions on things it’s hard to ever feel comfortable until you hear it yourself.
As far as the negative review from the user on the deuce… He criticized the drivers, but I’m pretty sure he never opened the iem. So that is a blind accusation. Secondly, he never expressed what tuning he prefers. He may be someone who only likes a harman tuned iem so this iem would never have worked for him.

Btw, anyone know where you can find the serial number on the Deuce? Are there even serial numbers? Just out of curiosity.
Not that I’ve seen, yet others on different platforms are claiming they have S/N xxxx or nnnn. I’ve seen some who have a warrenty card with a Q code to scan, so maybe that’s how? But I did not get such a card just a “Welcome to the Family” card.
Mine has been stuck as well in New Jersey since the 20th. I received a notification and tracking saying USPS is awaiting the item. No other updates though.
Yeah, same. There is just a sticker on the box with my name, order number and a small mark that looks like a 3. I doubt that is the serial number though. I did not order fast enough to nab SN:3.
The email I wrote to was [email protected], as they suggest.
I also tried their live chat, zero luck.
Been over a week now.
It’s wild.
And just to note, unlike many here my order is very recent, October 14th. Wasn’t aware of the situation at the time.
It’s baffling why they haven’t disabled the buy button to stop any new orders until they figure something out, if they are totally swarmed as they claim.
It’s just deafening silence… Incredible.
I have had several email conversations with Yeo at Fat Frequency. This is the email address I have replied to.
Mine was #11605 and I didn’t get the case or anything extra besides the impedance adapter.
It looks like only those who contacted them to ask if they were among the first orders have received the extras.
But I’m happy for everyone who got it.
