Yeah, theyāre probably going to be radio silent for this weekend unfortunately and accounting for travel time. 
I love the Deuce, man. And I love all the other IEMs Iāve listened to from FatFreq. Iām still going to go all in for their planar (which is probably going to be q1 2025 with how things still being worked on for current timelines) since thatās special.
But, itās a gunshot wound bleeding out right now and theyāre only putting gauze on it without much addressing of things right now.

Judging by the packaging and the order number sticker, I think I got my metal case with engraving, but Iāll update when I return fro CanJam.
I think itās kinda crazy that my first experience with the Deuce will be a CanJam Demo unit rather than the unit I ordered months ago. I wonder if theyāll have Deuces for sale at their booth 
Iāll update when I get back. Iām going to ask them for an interview, but fully expecting to get turned down.

Hey I just wanted to update everyone on the process. For those not following my unit had some breakage around the cable entry.
They are sending me a unit quickly to me. Iām pretty happy about it. I thought that I was going to have to wait until it arrived in Singapore but it looks like it will be sent fast to me!

Where do you get the gauze? So far as I can tell theyāre actively making the wound worse; because Deuce being available for direct purchase with all the same āupgradesā as standard, as well as same price, for immediate purchase, from random retailers, before their own orders have been fulfilled, is just making pre-ordered look like complete clowns.
Could quite literally have gotten it faster by buying it second hand - from someone who didnāt pre order. Which Is wild.
If theyād at least made sure preorders were filled first, or that the we got some sort of added value like they promised, the wait would be more acceptable. We literally got nothing but problems for pre ordering. No added value, upgrade or early units.
Anyway, glad to see HBB is trying to stay on top of it, and a shame they pulled this stunt with his good name on it.
