Speaking of music, I’ve been meaning to share an album with you that deeply impressed me. Heard it quite a while back for the first time. You might know all this of course, but never hurts to share I feel.
Elza Soares “A Mulher do Fim do Mundo”
It’s insanely visceral. And when I dug deeper to learn about it and find lyrics as I don’t know the language, it got even more awe inspiring.
She was over 80 at the time of recording, and performed outstandingly, and they also brought together many both young and experienced authors and musicians, which resulted in such an incredible masterpiece of music production in my opinion. For the pure love of music, but telling stories of things that deeply matter to them all personally.

Hey guys , I also have a whole deuce saga.
After waiting literal months the package has arrived at, and cleared customs in the Netherlands , but somehow they managed to lose the package after that. Now customersupport wants me to contact Fatfreq so they can open a case to find the package.
The problem is , Fatfreq doesnt answer any mails or chats, i contacted them via every possible communication channel i could find but no dice.
I’ve read the experiences of people here , but im hoping maybe someone can help me out here? It would suck to be S.O.L, this was supposed to be a bday present for myself in august , at this point it looks like its not even gonna be a chrismas present.
I’ve been super patient and understanding with them , but my patience (and autism!) is really running out now.

Hundreds to thousands of folks are with you in your position.
Interestingly not a single reviewer has been ignored when they made an inquiry and have gotten 1st and 2nd sets.
So this is a phenomena that is not plaguing content creators but is impacting regular music loving customers.
Yeah i saw the issues people had! My main concern is that the carrier will not do anything unless FF contacts them , and they only give a certain period before they either dump it or if its truely gone , i will not be able to get my money back. I did my job of contacting Fatfreq as soon as it was clear there was an issue. Now i expect them to do theirs.
Its even listed on their site they will do everything they can to work with the carrier. This is not some shitty ali express shop , in fact i never had this many issue with those before.
There were other communication issues i had with FF , especially the lack of response to questions , like the tracking not working for over a month , so im very worried they will keep ignoring me and i will be out of a set and my money.
Sorry for the anger , its not your fault at all but this has been stressing me out real bad. Just some communication on their end would fix so much.

If you and @AntonLtk can post screenshots of your messages showing how old they are or how long it has been since a response, people can see it. We are in such a visual time now. Also name the image fatfreq customer service so search engines can see your pain.
And rage on. You shoulda had this for your birthday nearly 4months ago.
So, by coincidence I found out that the 94diolabs website (old Fatfreq?) has a telephone number listed on the contact page (same adress and Fatfreq already mentioned on the site). Not sure how old this site is and if the number is still correct.
Do with that info what you will except for unwarranted threats obviously.

Could be some old heaters that still got some dusty stuff on em causing it to catch fire? Had a close call once myself but luckily it just burned off on its own, got a lil smokey but thats all.

Happened during dinner time so the potential for disaster was there but thankfully it’s just wood and metal that got scorched
The reason given for the delay is so bonkers it took me 3 days to figure out that it has nothing to do with logistics and poor planning. ( I tried to make it work in my head but no…nope) That it was mentioned blew my mind.
