Honestly , agreed. Its sad that im in a way positively suprised they responded within a week even though its absurd like you said. I was hesitant to be too positive but atleast its something i suppose.
Its exactly how HBB listed it , Paid in July , still received nothing and updates have been a struggle if even any came. Thats in no way okay.
Either way , im hopeful their ‘‘relatively quick’’ (in quotes as its still no way where it should be) response means that communication is improving atleast a little bit for people.

So it begs the question:
What set are all of you going to use to give GNX a first listen?
I’ve got one set, so it’s easy: TSMR X, which I’ve been running EQed to KiwiEars Punch since a few days before the 11.11 release 
Looking at the graph it looked like Punch would maybe be a bit too much mid-bass warmth for me, but if the EQ is any indication it’s a tuning that suits me quite nicely 
mids are much more filled-in than stock TSMR X (it’s weak point). Loose some of X’s sense of space, get more fullness and warmth, and mad bass of course

I used what I had on when I read the news, Simgot SM4 – which is very good for an all rounder. Later on I’m gonna try with something bassier, some tracks drop some nasty subs, like Hey Now, TV Off, etc.

Much appreciated. Am I blind or is that actually an iridescent color instead of plain silver? Glad it looks nice. I’m a sucker for color/theme matching the cable to the IEM.
Also, agree on the tips. I bought a set of them because I wanted to try something with some kind of barrier built in. Couldn’t get a good fit with them on anything I put them on.
