Impossible, due the small size of the iem compatible drivers, the mass is not high enough to go lower and it would also need a TON more power. Take a look at the Taction Kannon, that is hp and the BC in that one works around 20Hz-100Hz but also needs either battery charged power + 3.5mm connector or running it via usb cable.

I’m happy for those who have had a different experience. Telling me you turned it off because you know it sucks, then telling me it was never listed as a feature (when it was) just isn’t acceptable for me. Is it possible something is lost in translation here? Either way, they’ll be going back for a refund, and I’ll be avoiding their products in the future. Three bad experiences in a row is enough for me.

it fully reproduces loudly now sub bass, had to limit the driver in reproducing mid and high frequencies to reduce driver heating
I will now test this driver for a month

It got delivered today. In a super flimsy thin box inside a ‘microwave reheatable’ thin plastic container and some bubble wrap.
I have not unsealed the box itself, and messaged FF for return. Via email, through chat, and through a new chat with a different email specified.
It’s been 70 days without response from them, so chances of getting response to my return request are almost zero I suppose. So they’ll probably ignore me again indefinitely, then the return window by any laws will pass by, and voila, problem solved for them.
God I’m so frustrated it’s unreal. I’ve looked into some options to report them to authorities, but for consumer protection there is only some org called CASE, which charges fees for getting them to do anything. Annual membership fee! Lmao.
And what I’ve gathered is that they will just be trying to reach the company for me and try to negotiate. And if no success, well unlucky, they won’t do anything else it seems.
Also seems that I need to be a Singapore resident or national to even file a complaint, as it requires a Singaporean ID card number.
All their government agencies refer to that CASE org as first instance though, so I’ve inquired at that org about how should a foreigner deal with this abysmal behavior.
FatFreq ticks many boxes under Singaporean fair business practices act in terms of violations, I’ve checked.
It’s incredible what they’ve put us through. I’d much prefer a timely response, or any cancelation option we could discuss, or a chargeback, or whatever else that could save my time and nerves and money. Wtf do I do with this box now?
God I wish I could meet them all in person.

My bad, overlooked that it’s a non-required field, doesn’t have a star. And I indeed can pick Foreigner option later, which I thought was just referring to a non-national but a resident.
Will definitely seek to file a complaint through there then.

This kind of spam are a dime in a dozen attempts to squeeze money out of your pocket, and have been circulating for 5+ years at least. I see a mail like this pop up about once every two months or so. I don’t even have a webcam…

Yeah, it’s a generic attempt at ransomware when your email is found in general cyberspace. I’ve received it like… Three times from three different ‘attempts’. Make sure you scan your comp if you opened the PDF. Usually these emails go to your spam folder.

Deuce is sub-bass with clean shelf to make instruments pop out. It’s good, it’s fun, but bass is king here.
Punch is a total package with bass but everything else still sounding great. Punch is more in competition with the Maestro Mini, honestly, and I feel the Punch is better with the treble extension and separation (but I haven’t heard my Maestro Mini for a bit as it’s still in RMA since SoCal CanJam so I can’t fully commit to that as my take since it’s all due to memory).
If you’re in the market or can afford Punch, get the Punch. If you’d be stretching financially to get the Punch, the Deuce is good enough. Just buy it from a different retailer and probably wanna get it sooner than later in case it gets pulled.

My man. If only there was a way to have a dip switch for:
- BCD off (or don’t even give them this option, screw em, they should know they’re in for a ride when they pick up a ZEMPIRE set)
- Balanced BCD (the compromised version so it doesn’t fall out of ears)
- Hold on to your butts, ludicrous mode with it being full throttle how that video is. Warranty void with this option
