Where is the midbass ? It looks like it will have less than the Canon 2, I expected it to be even better and more impactful but it looks like it will be smoothâŚ
Is it possible they have a clear tuning philosophy, without having stated what? A bit like Grado Headphones. Seems like they have a love or hate tuning philosophyđ .
This set is comparable to that. I am trying to confirm what drivers are inside.
Am personally fine with tuning as I was the N.O.
I know they like dip switches. Not sure of any intentional target aiming by them. I actually donât have any direct chat with em for past 2 years
Only managed half a session this morning. The last month of Q4 is nuts in work. My training schedule is already fucked this week, too. Just gotta squeeze in what I can.
My man 50 grandâŚI gotta go do some legs and back
Hahađ. No problem. I was thinking of Hibyâs possible IEM tuning philosophy. Maybe they are happy as hell with their tuningđ . The Canon would probably sound good to međ
Edit: typos
Yeah, I shoulda just typed âI donât knowâ
Iâm hoping too get driver info soon
Man if the Canon pro is getting a review, do compare it with the mangird Tea pro, even if from memory. I definitely wanna know which one is better.
I have a Tea Pro so I can make that A/B
I can see the inspiration. Make it look like punch. Tune like Arcadia.
Hiby canât tune iems for god knows what
Meta tuning is just another way of not saying HBBâs target since 2022
There are a buncha others.
Sub bass = to or over ear gain. decending over tone region. Full extension.
The number of collabs or almost with my target being converted to their (in China) measure rigs because i was asked to help dial that in. It would be surprising if they didnât go with an effictive target.
In headphones, thereâs two overarching philosophies when designing a planar magnetic drivers. They are often referred to as being either single sided or double sided, referring to the magnet structure. I believe that with everything else being equal, a doubled sided magnet array, magnets either side of the diaphragm, exhibits greater control over the diaphragm. The most recent example of this is the Modhouse Tungsten single sided and double sided models. It also changes the sensitivity and thus has an effect on tuning capabilities, etc., but thatâs the extent of my knowledge on it I think.
Yes, but they call it push-pull. I guess if the signal go to the negative side of neutral you get a âpull". Would need a fully balanced source then.
