Sounds like you’d love some more advanced breathwork techniques, it get’s you really quick to the edge of fainting and gives you a very intense natural high while stimulating your vagus nerve.
If you’d do this after such a training session you’d fly straight to the moon 
These natural highs really are kinda addicting but also helped me to overcome all my other addictions

While this isn’t really going to help anything in this case. You can get a pentaconn cable relatively cheap on AliExpress.

Plus, I’m sure you can ask several of the better known cable peddlers directly for one their cheap cables with a pentaconn connector.

Beautiful. Reminds me of my years in the Himalayas; more often than not I was carrying a 30+ kg backpack for some extra fun.
Hike until you drop, set up camp, rinse w. rakshi (local moonshine for muscle recovery, just works) and repeat … for weeks.
