Havenāt been here a while, a lot has been happening, so heads down working.
And now that FatFreq has the audacity to bombard me with promo emails about the new release lol, I decided to catch up with the hobby a bit.
Surprisingly, they actually responded to me finally on January 4th, Ellie did. Shortly after my complaint with a Singaporean customer protection org.
But in a typical FF fashion, three months later they still canāt figure out my return. Itās insane that this has been dragging on since October.
Their excuse now is that their bank canāt figure out that the money returned to them after my chargeback was challenged by them, and I didnāt pursue further. I gave them all the documentation from my bank too.
After like two months of this they said ok, send the Deuce back, and we will refund as soon as we figure things out. I said fuck that, knowing how you handle things, Iāll be left with no money and no set (and in extra loss cause they are putting return shipping on me). So I need a solid guarantee of refund.
The set is still fully sealed btw lol. And not a word since.
So yeah, itās an abomination of a business. Itās despicable. I have no idea how any customer deserves this.
Anyway. Iām eager to catch up with this thread, will take me a few days though lol.

You have been vocal throughout this whole thing, and earned the biggest respect for it in my eyes. Thank you. Yes, of course I remember that shop owner, we talked extensively and I brought him here. Glad that he got some resolution at least, but sad that the word of it has not spread very wide.
Anyway, so much has happened since lol. Grinded extremely hard and a lot has changed for me. Gonna arrive at my endgame and just continue enjoying the music and reviews.
If @AudioAmigoReviews ever releases his Tales of Customer Service about FF, I bet Omar will not pull any punches. Hopefully anyway

I have been canoeing Friday and Saturday. Didnāt train yesterday but I did get the heart rate up having a go of my new toy.
