Dmitry made a post on HeadFi, and @ErKil fortunately brought it here, as HeadFi deleted it super fast. I found the store and emailed him in native language that heâs welcome here and itâs important to hear his story. So he got here luckily.
Theyâre just abusing the fact that most of their customers are outside of Singapore. On top of that, Singaporeâs customer protection laws and remedies are very lackluster. And the only customer protection org you can reach out to is not even a government authority.
They are not able to help much. But to the credit of an employee who got my complaint, he said that they canât do much to enforce anything, but he can advocate for fair treatment and reach out to FF.
I told him yes please, and he definitely did, as on the very same day (just double checked lol), FF finally responded after 3 months of ghosting.
Not much has come out of it still, another 3 months later, but yeahâŚ
FatFreq are a special kind of crooks. Itâs actually criminal. And HeadFiâs behavior makes them accomplice too.

Iâve always felt like itâs better to enjoy the moment and experience it truly, rather than through a camera lens.
Not worth the risk and frustration of missing something, because you were scrambling for a camera. And even if you make it, youâre then watching a feed on screen instead of the moment.
