A excellent sounding source that was presented in a way DAP’s in that price range should be presented. IMO. It’s just a source for the Cayin tubes but alone it is also a great DAP.

The only review I saw was by Paul Wasabii, who liked them! They seem to be the only redeemable set among the multitude.

It is a high quality source with a proper brief case.

I didn’t even know there was any controversy around it if I am honest, haha. AFAIK it’s just a collab between Elise and Craft Ears but Zepp has also been given permission to sell it as well.
Whatever the controversy is though I can’t say I am surprised. There’s a lot of really immature people in the hobby.

Post workout was no biggie.
Heart rate not out of personal spec

in head dialogue like:
“Today is going to be a slog”
“Maybe I cut to 20 Rd’s instead of 30?”
“Holy crap, only halfway though…”
None of that was there.
Time went fast.
However…
PPM (Punch per minute) was unchanged.
It did nothing for my cardio, just my brain.
Weights were another story though

Half physio today for me, but I decided to change a large part of it. I have learnt what my physiotherapist was trying to achieve and increased the intensity, so it still feels like a work out
