This festival keeps on winning the ‘best in the world’ title. Thankfully nobody got hurt, but outdoor festivals are very deeply engraved in Belgian culture. This is basically a national disaster for us.
I find these super helpful. Sold as a complete cable as well. Much preferred over fixed right-angle. They charge fine up to 100W but I wouldn’t push it more than this…there’s resistance and the connector warms up a bit but only at 100W+. Zero issue with data or DAP charging
oh yeah I got magnetic cables/adapters like that as well. Love them, the ones I have I dont think they charge that fast though.
Don’t think I’d trust that usb plug with my expensive equipment, for the sake of £15 I’d rather buy from a certified and known manufacturer
Fair enough but realize it’s not modifying the charger nor the chip inside the device being charged or transferring data. With USB PD there are numerous checks before power or data are allowed to flow to ensure all connections are good like to protect from a failed conductor in a cable with an open or a short.
