Damn thats so awesome!!! I wish I could meet them!! RIP Jon Lord… Absolute legend… I got to meet Steve Morse in 2013 when Deep Purple came to Singapore… (I think I was the only under 35 year old in the audience :joy: I was 17 then)

Love my DX340 - though I have an issue with one of the screws on the DAC card so I can’t swap to the new Amp16 or anything.

I had Royal Mail issue Doc Martins from a charity shop and they did break down eventually but they were such comfortable boots for being heavy duty.

Happy Birthday Chris! I love the appreciation of family

A bit of stomach issues on the way down, but running this after work is a nice way to decompress. Forgot to turn on the GPS on the way up, so I clicked it on at the peak which is 12,200ft, so this is double that distance roughly 11 miles.
I Forgot to mention, I used the Softears Volume S for this and wow, what a banger of a set! It’s fully vented so doing this altitude stuff works without issue.

(Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico off in the distance there in the second photo, this is called Gold Hill which is a 12,200ft peak.)

Dope vid!

Appreciate the Birthday wishes! Thanks to everyone

Playing on the hot as fuuuuuuck pavement
Dude is really tall with long arms and he is a lefty so his overhand right is essentially a jab.
I avoided it mostly.
I never got off my right hand because he was avoiding it.
Pretty tame compared to usual but i got 1 kid and he has 3. Nobody trying to die on 65c pavement on this day.
Hope everyone is having an excellent weekend

reposting since panels in OG vid were off
EDIT: fucked em up again

If anyone is looking for a pretty good beater dap…check out the tempotec v1. Curious if anyone has one and will review it.

Also… I don’t know about the company so if they are a bad I will delete this.

At least four guys from our tourgroup got it after i shared the pre-order Link haha…someone should chime in soon
I managed to dodge the bullet myself
Regret it just a liiiiiittle bit as it was super cheap (~60€)

I grabbed one for $60, and for that price it’s impressive. The software (Hiby) is super janky though, so I’m just hoping they’ll put out some updates soon.

I’ve just been using it as a bluetooth transport (USB out to my Mojo). For that it’s working. But agian, the BT behavior is weird:

It doesn’t connect to my phone automatically. I have to 1) go into BT-DAC mode on the V1 (in that mode it can’t do ANYTHING else, no settings adjustments or anything. 2) I have to click it in the BT settings of my phone, every time.

Also the EQ (GEQ, not PEQ like they advertised) doesn’t work at all

So, there’s hope, but so far for my use case it’s just janky.

BTW, these resin EJ07M-KL are :fire: , loving them. More balanced and detailed than Punch (although punch is fun in it’s own special way!).

Seems to be a capable little guy😅. I think it needs a more polished firmware or two before operating smoothly. Bluetooth for example seems to be more or less unusable both for me and others. Screen is really small, and therefore cumbersome to use. No PEQ as of yet anyway. But for now I will say it is impressive what they have managed to squeeze in there, and it sounds good with IEM’s at least. Don’t know about headphones.
