I’m thinking about asking Fatfreq what forwarder they used to see if it’s someone I know and can pressure. Fatfreq could have taken until next year to finish the orders and I would have been fine with it. But once it’s out the door, that changes. Especially since I paid extra for the ‘express shipping’. To be clear, I’m not really mad at Fatfreq, but I am itching to torch the office of that forwarder they used.
I have no excuses or explanations.
I was ready to kill the project if my own sample didn’t arrive by yesterday.
Everone knows I hate waiting and will pay premium to avoid so paying extra…to wait?

Yup, this is my feelings too. Chris, no need to be sorry but appreciate the sentiment.
FatFreq is taking this blow because this forwarding/shipping company either is sitting on this stuff or they generated the tracking number without it being trackable or a tracking number that mimics SingPost tracking but is just a third party confirmation number (in the case of non-express, via Singapore Post).
But fact is that it looks like third party (Hangout, etc) actually have traction and ordering directly has been in limbo since Oct 3-4.
The Original price of Fatfreq Deuce was $199
The agreement was $199
They came back later and said that due to shipping differences w/ different sellers that $235 would be the price and include shipping.
That was Early August (1st week iirc?)
It made sense but if Crin’s sets are tracking and moving but Fatfreq is not…then it makes no sense.
Whatever changed after 1st week of August wasn’t mentioned.
I expected a logistical chaos with so much sales but the delays should be across the board, the price jump from 199-235 was supposed to help steady this huge ship
Yeah especially since Crin’s in the same building. 
But, who knows?
Maybe everyone will be surprised and it’s going to drop on our doorsteps any day now and tracking will update at that point with a “oops, sorry, it’s delivered”. I expected chaos but didn’t expect the limbo.
Maybe the shipping company generated their ‘tracking’ but subbed out the shipping from there or something. I don’t expect full answers from stuff behind the scenes but just being hopeful for it to hit the shores soon.
Though if mine is still in a warehouse and around the corner from them, I’d rather bug them to pick mine up so I can upgrade the cable to be modular. Wish I had paid attention to the Deuce accessories shop they had for upgrade options.
I’ll just have to obsessively update/refresh @Anatolyi_ZE 's package tracking to compensate 
I would probably have done the modular option as well but didn’t know how that was going to affect which impedance adapter I receive (if any). Figured I’d just stick to 4.4 and get the 4.4 adapter that I want. I’m sure I probably could have messaged them and requested it but with how hectic things are, probably not worth the risk of any mix ups.
The forwarder company is probably consolidating the sets going to same countries and/or regions. They then ship whole trolleys to different forwarding locations who repack and ship out to recipients.
So… what you’re saying is, it’s bullshit?

It may be an explanation, but it’s not an excuse as far as I’m concerned. I’ve never had this happen to me when ordering from anywhere else.
It’s a disappointing experience so far and it’s rapidly becoming annoying for real. Wasn’t this supposed to be the gateway drug to Fatfreq?
It also reflects badly on Fatfreq, regardless of who’s fault it is.
I don’t rush the chef while making my meal. I have been snacking on other things to hold me down while patiently waiting, but this shipping situation is getting ridiculous. Hopefully we can get more transparency soon.

It’s a bit misleading to say it was purchased in July when the pre-order stated that it would ship in August (or whenever).
