I got a Single ended 3.5 today with impedance adapter in box and a blood cable with swithchable terminations on top so it looks like i got both versions and a cable sample if it were bought as an addon
Hey Chris, I know weâre in Deuce mode right now but Ziigaat just posted that the Arcadia is now available⌠Iâm dumb confused because I havenât heard a single thing about emâ. Figured Iâd give you a heads up.

ZiiGaat is just hustling. They have your Collab and they have another set, lol - the Odyssey. Thatâs like 4 releases in the same ballpark range in the past few months?
So whatâs the lineup here for linsouls brands?
- Thieaudio for the more premium stuff
- ZiiGaat for middle-of-the-pack stuff
- Tripowin for budget stuff
Am I missing another of their brands? It feel like I forgot something.
DD-Audio
KiiBOOM
HarmonicDyne
Kiwi Ears

Oh nice. I learned something. The day is not wasted.
You are missing alot.
holy shitâŚi had no idea this was like this, is this like a Lexus>Toyota type thing as it pertains to quality and pricing?
In some cases yes (one brand as flagship/upscale, other as budget-minded or ânormal with trickledown techsâ) but in a lot of these cases itâs just a way to saturate the market using one brand or OEM to inflate market share.
huh I had no idea, one of agâs TWS sets caught my eye before
good to know
makes total sense thanks for clarifying
So regarding the Arcadia graph⌠does that longer gradual slope help give male vocals some body? I tried the Dusk which I believe had the tuck going on and I thought the male vocals were a bit thin as some reviewers mentioned. Just curious and learning but this⌠graph looks pretty great on this.
as @Sonofholhorse said, some have separate sister companies as a way to target another budget/audience. While some have multiple brands under the umbrella so if you buy from one of them, they still win. Good idea if for example they did something bad in the past and now want to âshedâ their old skin and hope the people that hated the previous name wont be any wiser about their schemes.
(cough Trinity/IMR cough)
@hawaiibadboy I just watched your unboxing for the CVJ Aria.
The reason you didnât get the âWaifuâ faceplates is that they JUST refreshed the design of both the Aria and their other Waifu Faceplate IEM, the Night Elf.
Why?
(Image from CVJ Official Twitter: x.com)
Because CVJ stole the art from other sources without permission.
They got called out on twitter by some Japanese and Chinese artists, and they quickly (and from what I can tell silently) changed the faceplate and box on the Aria. They followed up by announcing a change to the Night Elf (x.com)
By then however, the angry voices were too loud and they had to issue that statement.
Make of this what you will. Also, hope you feel better soon, and hope it doesnât spread to your lovely family.
That looks slick, Chris. Nice tuning. Obviously, this is not against you personally, but Iâm at a stage now where Iâm looking for tunings that are a little more unique. I know this is another collab thatâs going to kill it, though. Nice price point too! Best of luck with the release, brother
I prefer not having pics of little girls real or drawn on my gear.
I appreciate the well wishes and the heads up
I had no idea about that whole story
