Because Chrisā own set materialized out of nowhere, even though my Singapore Post tracking still doesnāt work that gave me hope that my set is moving just via untracked means.
Iāll keep an eye on my USPS notifications for a package that āstartsā tracking with them at LA or some other customs.

Mine did just appear. Another set arrived last night in same way. Had no notice from company or delivery service. I hate that but it gave me hope that a ton of stuff is just gonna show up soon.

That apology statement = Customer Relations 101.
I know nothing about CVJ, except that statement, it left a positive impact.
However they got there, they owned it proper and faced their customers and those who were wronged.
Others might do well to emulate that kind of response instead of going dark, or getting heavy with pride.

Unfortunately I think theyāre just slow to ship them out - my tracking just started working and it clearly shows it was only posted today, on the 15th, despite the tracking number being generated on the 3rd.
Iām not too pressed about the delay itself, but man they really do need to work on their communication with customers.

Still nothing. I ordered right after CanJam London before it was available on the website. Easily within the first 150. Suffice it to say I am highly annoyed at the moment. July 23, 2024 to be exact.
I canāt track it. Support feels worthless and unhelpful. I get it is a big launch, but I paid 23 dollars for shipping to get thisā¦ Feels very poorly managed. Why not release the first 1000, then the next 1000, instead of 6000 at once. Logistical nightmare.

I totally agree seems crazy a small company like ff would feel happy taking on that amount of orders without fulfilling at least say the first 500, plus I think Back-order shouldāve been used after the original despatch date was reached instead of continue to call them a Pre-order
