Basshead IEM recs

Yup, just another few weeks then I will be able to pay them off fully and enjoy them. Perfection.

Hey update, I got the trios omg they are great. Great bass, mids are nice and highs are superb. However, I got to listen to the QDC Anole VX S as well and for BA the bass is amazing and the dip switches help a lot. Pretty great. So yeah. But, my friend wants to sell them to fund HiFIMan HE1000V2 or SE and A&K 1000M or something. But yeah I also want his FiiO M11 Pro lol.

The trios are indeed superb. They can truly be an everyday carry. They are not picky with source and work well with every genre of music. I am glad you are enjoying them.

Sarda for me. I hear good things about Legend X, but also that it can be too much and not as refined.

Hey yeah. Haha nope no EDC for me Iā€™m leaving these at home. Instead, Iā€™ll be having some universal ThieAudio Legacy 3ā€™s coming in soon which are like $119 USD so not too pricey those can be my everyday carry. I also have custom Legacy 3ā€™s coming in probably like a month after that whenever they finish making them. The ear mouldā€™s are in china atm. So, hopefully, soon I will have those can they can be my EDC. The Trios are just too pricey for me and I already am scared I will scratch them or something lolā€¦the BASS though.

I have a custom Legend X and would highly recommend for bass lovers especially when paired with RME ADI 2 DAC w/ +6db on bass or most likely iFi Micro iDSD BL with bass boost on for ultimate bass lovers dream (I say most likely since I no longer have the Micro iDSD BL, but its bass boost is incredible). It is one of the few IEMs I have heard that can have a pretty large quantity of bass (great quality as well) and not have it affect the mids and highs. Some people describe it being V-shaped, I think it is more L-shaped than V-shaped imo. Empire Ears Valkyrie I would consider V-shaped. Great thing about this IEM is even though it is highly technical, it does sound great on a wide variety of recordings and the large amount of bass is only there when called for. Without any bass boost though, among most audiophile high end IEMs, they are audiophile bass head level, I wouldnā€™t necessarily call it general bass head level if that makes sense. This could change going to universal version, but these are my thoughts on the custom.

I am down for a pool or some sort of list. Might be good to have price brackets though like I find Legend X up there with what I have heard, but that price is real high

McLovin thanks for the custom review rare to find anything on customs especially one with the EE Legend X damn. Cool audiophile bass so I guess accurate and faithful bass reproduction but not like crazy amounts of bass like consumer-level iems might bring? Interesting.

LOLā€¦

Admittedly having a poll isnā€™t that feasible since Iā€™m sure there are many many iems that people would want on there lol
