Even for Amazon US, there are multiple listings for the BL-03. One from Linsoul, another from Yinyoo, and yet another from HiHiHear or HiFiHear (it differs dependent on where on the page you look).

I ordered a ‘brown’ set early on, and it’s definitely the gunmetal; just two names for the same color. You can either get them in brighter ‘silver’ shade, or a darker and more lustrous ‘brown/gunmetal’.

That doesn’t suprise me. However, every so often, you can find a gem in the rough even there.
I was about to give up on IEM’s as just not for me. I could tell the Blons were great, but I didn’t love keeping my fingers glued to my ears to keep 'em in.
Dekoni Tips (large) solved it for me. Awesome. Love them (way more than Tin T2)!!!

Getting a true iem sound is massively dependent on finding a tip that works/ fits you, after that its the same as over ears tbh.

I heard people like are having issues with the BLON BL03s short nozzles and so I did this. I am not sure if it’s going to be effective for the ear tips to function better for use though. I just put some extra O rings I have from my mech keyboard and did this.
Is that an o ring of some sort? That seems like it would work pretty well

yes it is an O ring, surprisingly it fits on the tube even though it was like made for dampening the sounds of my mechanical keyboard.

I will have to look into it more once I get my hands on some Spinfits, as much as I love the Complys but the durability from those just sucked. I need something that can last for long.
Yeah a silicone tip will last for much longer and is typically more durable. If you still like the fit of foam tips but want something more durable, perhaps look into symbio w tips, as it’s a hybrid silicone and foam

EDIT: Works great, was tempted to break out my black O-rings, but I like the clear ones.
So I see some people saying that there is a difference in sound between the gunmetal color and the silver color, with the gunmetal being more bassy, whereas the silver is a little less so and more detail oriented. Can anybody confirm this for sure? I also see some different companies selling them on Amazon, some being…

If anybody can answer these questions, I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking to buy these as my first IEMs but now I am hearing all of these different QC things and I’m just agh! 
Can’t comment on the sound part, but the picture linsoul uses is a PICTURE while the other one looks like a rendered (CGI) image. Also I believe “brown” and “gunmetal” are the same.

Yep they come in either silver or brown not sure either about dif sound sig’s between the two. mine came in the original sack cloth pull cord bag with blue writing on and they’re banging considering their price
