I find that bud fitment varies not only between shells, but even between my own ears! Val39s, for instance, fit best straight up and down in my left ear but need a smidge of angle forward for peak comfort and sound on the right side. MX500? Just up and down, both sides. As with anything else that requires fitting, just mess around and see what works best for you!

Where do you guys buy filters?
The foams that go over the head of the earbuds? Like the black foam covers in the pic above? If yes, I buy mine from AliExpress (various stores), Amazon (if I need stuff faster than AE can ship), and occasionally directly from Venture Electronics’ website (veclan.com).
If you’re asking which specific foams, I like HiGie, Venture Electronics’ VE Pack and their Thin Foams, Trig Rain (Regular, Donut, and the ones that look like little pot scrubbers), Fiio’s foams that they send out with the FF3 & FF5 (I’m stocked up on Bass Foams, Balanced Foams, and Crisp Donuts, but I think you can buy reasonable approximations of the Crisp and Balanced ones for much less, but the Bass foams are actually very nice and I haven’t found anything else with quite the same density and thickness), and some other random foams I have ordered from AE stores because they’re cheap and I wanted to try them. I’ll include a link to my favorite cheap Chinese foams/donuts. They’re just a good standard thickness and they don’t wear out as fast as some others I have purchased.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the Blur earbud generations?
Have a 266 pk32 Generation 4 and would love to know if the 173 pk32 Generation 3 would have a different driver or tuning. All I can find out so far is that they have different cables.
Any info would be super appreciated.

I figure my r3 pro Saber on high gain will be beefy enough on the road, otherwise I have a JDS Labs Atom at home and an Element at the office. I don’t own anything that runs 4.4, so that put me off of that.

For gen 1? Well, plenty of Grand classes are open there so it is possible to add models into the Gen 1 lineup. But im currently busy with Gen 3 (qian39) so…
I was just asking for Dom because…I’ve never seen a Grand Lancer, and you don’t have a description for one.
Just curious if it’s ever been done. Because if I know Dom loves Lancer, he deserves a Grand Lancer lol
