No. After 2 weeks there was no movement so I cancelled the order. I’ll try again some time. I’m enjoying the sh*t out of a few sets of lug hole sealers 
I have a set of cheap TWS buds for nighttime meditation mostly. They fit and sound fine so I’m confident a flathead would work for me just fine BUT one of the things I really enjoy about IEMs is the inherent isolation. I enjoy blocking out the world more than ever these days.

Yeah gen 3 is what I rec. And no not aliexpress. pm me if you want it but procedure is me putting you on a waiting list, then when it is closer to your turn i contact you again and you can pick shell/cable colors based on what is available at the time. Then after it has been made you then pay with either paypal or wise.

Does anyone know how (or if I even can) open the plug of tgxear (tantalus)? It is terminated at 3.5mm but I want to change it to 4.4mm to give it more power

Its possible if you can identify which wire goes to which. Trial and error will of course work though.
Open it up, desolder it, and solder it on a new 4.4mm connector.

Hello all!
First started in 2021 the last static version of my Sound Signature Chart ended with v14.10 and a lot has changed since then and for the better!
Firstly, the chart is now known as the Tonal Signature Map - A Visual Language of Sound and secondly, as you can see, it is now a fully interactive web tool! The map has recently moved out of the v15 beta stage to v16.0 and is now ready for the public.
Give it a whirl and complain away! By all means, make requests, but be helpful though. Be concise and clearly explain your idea(s)/complaint(s) and provide a brief example so that I can fully capture what you are requesting and/or understand what you are complaining about. For example, if you think the map should have a specific term added to it, replaced, and/or moved to a different position on the map please provide a very strong argument as to why and propose solid solutions so that we may all discuss, deliberate, and come to a final decision to action it or not. So I strongly encourage healthy discourse, critical thinking, and constructive criticism so as to make this a better tool for us all.
Here are a few areas where you might give immediate assistance and critical input in:
Audio Term Finder
The Audio Term Finder tool is still in its infancy and requires more terminology to be entered into it’s hidden searchTag array. Currently, there are only 227 terms/short phrases tagged to the 37 main terms on the map and in the Complete Glossary. Any audiophile or sound science terms that you discover missing please let me know and I will enter them into the array (very easy to do).
Instruments
There are currently only 146 instruments in the drawer. Just let me know of any missing instruments, no matter how obscure, and I will load them in promptly. The plan is, in a future version, to have playable, 3 to 6-second, audio samples and viewable images available for each and every instrument.
Any other areas where you think I need to go more in depth or expand with more detail via tooltips or information windows just let me know!

Yes, I am working on a tutorial user guide but it won’t be available until v17 or v18. That said the map, tools, and overlays are very intuitive and quickly learned and with all of your input this will improve even more!
Saved Transducer Signature Mapping Plots
Currently, saved transducer signature mapping plots are only stored at the user end but you may share your plots with one another via Export/Import JSON which actually works very smoothly and painlessly. The plan is to move to onsite/online storage via cloud sync tools with user/community accessible depositories.
Frequency Response Graphs
A future overlay tool currently in the works in my sandbox is a Frequency Response Graph overlay tool which will import PNG, JPEG, and PDF image files, as well as raw data rich CSV, TXT, and FRD files. This will overlay ontop of a saved transducer signature mapping plot (providing an amazing overview and capture of the tested transducer).

UPDATE: I have greatly expanded the Instruments Overlay, adding hundreds more instruments for a total of 573. Each now displays its fundamental frequency range along with a brief tonal description. A new Harmonics group has also been added, featuring 26 key instruments that not only show their fundamentals but also their full harmonic signatures through the new Instrument Harmonic Profile tool. For the Orchestral group, I stopped at the first 55 main instruments that came to mind. I’m not entirely sure where the ideal cutoff should be. Any suggestions on how many instruments we should represent here — fewer, or more?"
The Audio Term Finder has also been further expanded with an additional 35 plus terms and phrases. Thank you for all the suggestions and corrections! I really thought I would get beaten up pretty badly over the choice of the main mapped glossary terms, but surprisingly nearly everyone has understood the reasoning behind it and seems to support the approach. It was not easy striking the right balance between audio science and audiophile terminology.
The Tranducer Mapping Overlay has also been fine-tuned over the past week and is working much more smoothly now to include the recently added Frequency Response Graph overlaying feature which also had a few bugs and hiccups addressed. Sorry, the Transducer Mapping overlay is a precision canvas tool designed for detailed desktop use only. It does not function reliably on mobile devices due to touch input limitations and inconsistent behavior across different browsers and operating systems.
Be critical! I sincerely welcome any/all constructive criticism, as well as any thoughtful ideas that anyone might have, as it will only strengthen the tool
