As it stands right now my favourite flathead quiver of 3…@Valphonics Lander 20HZ has your ass covered when it comes to bass, EDM, D&B etc super fun +, Fengru CZ32 as an allrounder does everything just :ok_hand: what ever you throw at them and finally, studio has got timbre and critical listening on lock down…So much :musical_notes: value right there :+1:

No. After 2 weeks there was no movement so I cancelled the order. I’ll try again some time. I’m enjoying the sh*t out of a few sets of lug hole sealers

I have a set of cheap TWS buds for nighttime meditation mostly. They fit and sound fine so I’m confident a flathead would work for me just fine BUT one of the things I really enjoy about IEMs is the inherent isolation. I enjoy blocking out the world more than ever these days.

Does anyone know how (or if I even can) open the plug of tgxear (tantalus)? It is terminated at 3.5mm but I want to change it to 4.4mm to give it more power

@Valphonics @ZeroFour what do you think?
Btw, you might have more luck if you ask on headfi DIY earbuds thread

Its possible if you can identify which wire goes to which. Trial and error will of course work though.

Open it up, desolder it, and solder it on a new 4.4mm connector.

A multimeter would be very useful as well.
