Reminds me of few customers. They do not answer numbers they do not know or have not saved…
So. When you working as a tech.support person. If you do not pick up. You will not get the needed service right now. You will get a email instead and if ur email is already backlogging… well it takes time.
No need to complain why it takes so long to get service if you do not answer. lol
