It’s an Ohm’s Law joke. Voltage = current x resistance. Voltage is needed for current to flow and resistance works against that flow.

Years ago a buddy of mine, (who works in the trades and likes to give me shit about sitting at a desk for a living) sent this to me to explain how electricity works. It finally made sense to me!
its funny because they are matching the cable sleeve and heat shrink wrap to the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. the relationship matters part because techflex has a ton of colors to mix and match.
